Bees in My Butt on sale

I'm excited about this promotion because it's geared to one of my favorite audiences: middle-grade readers! I've always been passionate about books written for kids ages 9 through 12. Harry Potter, Percy Jackson, Fablehaven, Diary of a Wimpy Kid... all excellent. :-) I wrote Bees in My Butt when my son, Matthew, who was 10 at the time, hated reading and needed something short and funny to keep his attention. The title comes from something Matthew said when he was younger. He had flatulance and told me, "Mommy, I have bees in my butt." Bees in My Butt premiered as an ebook December 2010 and went to #2 on the Barnes & Noble children's ebook list where it stayed for a very long time. Since then it has become a favorite of many young readers.
I dedicate this promotion to him and to all other readers who love and are searching for books written for middle graders!
